Lisa Borchetta is a Certified Mentor Coach, and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. Lisa earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University New England. She has applied her expertise in both research and therapeutic settings.
Lisa recognized that her lifelong focus in counseling had a greater calling. “Each of us has, at our core, a fundamental sense of self - our individual values, goals and passions - and we are at our most productive when our day-to-day lives are aligned with this inner core.” One of the ways Lisa manifests this philosophy in her work as a coach is to help her clients revive and re-dedicate themselves to their core values, goals and passions.
Using a positive, forward-looking approach, Lisa works with her clients to develop effective strategies for moving their aspirations into concrete and actionable plans. “My passion is helping others to discover their passion and helping them realize their full potential.” The focus on Positive Psychology - the action orientation of the field and the broad range of issues addressed - allows her the opportunity to integrate her previous experience in a new, exciting and profound way.
Lisa works with clients from a diverse group of industries and backgrounds - including government, corporate, non-profits, entrepreneurs, academia, the arts and more. “I wake each day with a sense of gratitude for all the experiences that have shaped my life and an excitement and appreciation for the adventures yet to come.”
In addition to coaching clients on both individual and group basis, Lisa is also a member of MentorCoach’s International Trainer Team, a writer, public speaker and instructor. Lisa is on the ICFNE Board of Directors, serving as VP of Membership for the 2015-2017 term.
